[PLY-SCP939] [ITM-Armor] Wearing Light & Heavy Armor on Civilians exposes them to SCP-939 incorrectly

If a Class-D or Scientist wears Light or Combat armor, their pouches and vests will appear to SCP-939 farther away than it should, exposing them incorrectly to 939.

Guards also have this happen to them if they wear Combat Armor. If Chaos wears Heavy Armor, their shoulder protection will move when SCP-939 gains vision of them or when it loses vision of them.

Replication Steps & Requirements

Requirements:

• Join a Dedicated Server (Patreon Beta I).
• Have 2 players (Can be a dummy).
• One player is SCP-939, the other is a civilian that switches between armor.

Replication Steps:

• Have a player as a Civilian wear Light or Kombat Armor (Combat only as Guard).
• Try to approach them as SCP-939.
• The bug should occur.
