Dummies don't take damage from Tesla shocks

Steps to reproduce

• Join a server
• Spawn in a dummy
• Teleport them into a Tesla gate / walk them into a Tesla gate

What is supposed to happen

Dummies should take damage from the shock and die

What actually happens

Dummies are not affected by the shock damage
