[SCP106] Item Deletion system not working

Description

The item deletion system is when items are dropped in the pocket dimension, a timer is meant to start and after 1.5-4 minutes, it should be dropped on the position of a random player or be deleted.

However, it seems that items are not being deleted or teleported.

Steps to reproduce

• Join a server
• Force class as human
• Go to the Pocket Dimension
• Drop some items in the pocket dimension
• Spawn some dummies around the map
• Items do not get deleted or drop out of the pocket dimension

What is supposed to happen

Items dropped in the pocket dimension should be dropped out of the pocket dimension or deleted based on their tier

What actually happens

Items dropped in the pocket dimension do not get dropped out or deleted
