[SCP244] SCP-244 is thrown from the feet level

Description
All items when thrown with the throw key are thrown from the player's eyes, except for SCP-244 instances, both of which are thrown from the feet of the player.
It is correct for SCP-244 to be deployed at the feet level when you normally use the item, but the throw is expected to override it.
Steps to reproduce
-Acquire SCP-244 and another item (either instance of 244 works)
-Find a reference point
-Throw the item and observe it's trajectory
-Throw SCP-244 and observe it's lack of trajectory
NOTE: even heavy items like the HID, which barely travel at all through the air and instead just fall to the ground, still originate from eye level.
NOTE: provided footage was acquired on a Dedicated Server created through SteamCMD, but the mentioned behaviour functions on other servers as well.
What is supposed to happen
Normal deploy of SCP-244 using Left Click should spawn SCP-244 at the feet level.
Throwing SCP-244 using Throw button should throw the item from the players' eyes.
What actually happens
Using the throw button, SCP-244 just falls on the floor at the feet level and cannot be effectively thrown.
