[UI-ALL] Scaling issues on 32:9 monitor

Description:
On 32:9 resolutions, there are some UI elements that do not scale correctly. I am using the resolution: 5120x1440. The admin panel on dedicated servers, and the F3 debug info display are cut off.
Steps to reproduce:
- set resolution to a 32:9 aspect ratio

• join a dedicated server as admin
• open admin panel
  What is supposed to happen: Admin panel should be completely usable
  What actually happens: Admin panel is cutoff, unable to use it completely
