[SCP244] SCP-106 regenerates slower in SCP-244 even if they are in stalk

Description
While being 106, you should be able to regenerate Hume Shield without anything slowing it down, but I was testing with SCP-244 and discovered that it slows down 106's Hume Shield regeneration while using the Stalk ability.
Steps to reproduce
-Spawn in as 106 (Did it through RA)
-Spawn in two SCP-244s (make sure they both fall over to trigger their effects, used 244-A and 244-B since it's the normal amount base game)
-Take some damage from the Hypothermia (244 effect)
-Use Stalk ability while staying with the 244s
-See the Hume Shield regenerate slower
What is supposed to happen
Hume Shield should regenerate at a normal speed and be unaffected by 244
What actually happens
Hume Shield regeneration is halved
