Description
Very simple! also, sorry if this is the wrong tag but its all I could think of that fits according to the list. Onto the bug, when standing INSIDE 049 or 096, you are unable to shoot them. Period. This is because their hitboxes are just 1 big cylinder-like shape, and from what I can gather, bullets seem to only work when they enter a hitbox, not exit, so while standing inside, the bullets can only ever exit, and never enter, allowing for them to miss! There are a few edge cases with the other scps, but those are very very very minor even compared to these two, so I didn't officially include them here.
Steps to reproduce

Have a player with a gun, and another who is 049 or 096

Have the gun player stand inside one of them, and fire, any direction, should not matter

Notice despite the shots, 049 or 096 have not taken damage
What is supposed to happen
The scp(s) take damage no matter where you are shooting from, even inside.
What actually happens
The bullets don't hit.
