[Config] team_respawn_queue in config_gameplay is not working as expected

Description

The team_respawn_queue config is no longer working as expected in Mimicry. I used to be able to spawn Chaos Insurgents by putting the number 2 (CI) instead of 4 (D-Boy) in the number sequence to spawn CI agents right at the start of a new round.

Also, besides restoring the original behaviour of the CI spawns by setting the number 2, it would also be an extremely welcoming addition if the team_respawn_queue could support spawning MTF operatives separately from facility guards.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to your config_gameplay.txt file

  2. Look for the config line "team_respawn_queue: 40134140314414041340"

  3. Put a 2 into the number sequence, which should spawn a Chaos Insurgent at the beginning of the round. See:

0 - SCP

1 - MTF

2 - Chaos

3 - Scientist

4 - Class D

What is supposed to happen

he number 2 should spawn a Chaos Insurgent.

What actually happens

The number 2 spawns the affected player as a D-Boy, so the number 2 behaves the same as number 4.
