Not begin able to see bullet tracer.

Description
I cannot see bullet tracers at all,like at all i onyl saw it once when i played on lowest res and with facility lights off and the perfomance max,that's the only time i saw it one time i retried again over and over,but i did not see it.

My steps
First i tried highering the res.
I tried verifying the game files.
And i tried unistalling and reinstalling.
What is supposed to happen
There should be a bullet tracer
What actually happens
Nothing i do hear it pasing by but i cannot see it at all,
