SCP-1344 No Glowing Class Orb

Description

This is happened to me about 7 times but I was only able to capture 2 screenshots. I can equip SCP-1344 but then for some reason there will not be a glowing orb over any Player no matter if they are SCP or a Human class essentially making SCP-1344 useless and taking up inventory space. Also it does not matter if they are far away or right in my face, they simply will not have the Class Colored Orb on their player Model and this bug is also apparent with a SCP-268 user. So in the perspective of myself ingame and this bug occuring, its a waste of space with no benefit.

Steps to reproduce

No specfic conditions are met for this bug to occur, it simply happens to me by chance no matter the server I play on Modded or Vanilla. However the only "fix" to this ingame is if you are a Class D or Scientist and this bug occurs, escaping and re equiping SCP-1344 may result in the item working as intended again, I say may because there was only one time where I escaped as a Class D to fix the bug and re equiping as a Chaos Insurgent and the bug was still apparent.

What is supposed to happen

SCP-1344 is supposed to show a Class colored Orb over different Players within your proximity.

What actually happens

No such Orb appears no matter of close or far distance making SCP-1344 useless and a waste of space.
