[SCP1344] Escaping the Facility does not properly reset the state of the Goggles

Description

This bug report notes two separate issues with SCP-1344 when escaping the Facility.

1. SCP-1344 does not get removed off your face when escaping: When a civilian equips SCP-1344 while in the process of escaping the facility, 1344 doesn't get removed from their face and they will have to equip another item to reuse it.
2. Removal of SCP-1344 during escape will trap the goggles on your face: When a civilian equips and starts to remove SCP-1344 while in the process of escaping the facility, the goggles will get stuck on their face, and they will have to right click to be able to access their inventory again.

Steps to reproduce

• Spawn as a civilian and have SCP-1344
• Escape the Facility (and either escape with it on, or be in the process of equipping or removing it)
• Observe the different issues that occur

What is supposed to happen

SCP-1344's state should be properly reset after escape, meaning that any interaction currently happening with it is immediately cancelled, and if the civilian is currently wearing them, they will be properly taken off.

What actually happens

SCP-1344's state does not get properly reset, causing the issues listed above to occur.
